At trade fairs and exhibitions, booth staff capture leads by scanning visitors' personal QR codes with a phone and add notes and a rating. Visitors approve sharing their contact details themselves. The module is priced per stand.

- See lead reports per stand and per staff member.
- Export lead records per stand.
How it works
Step 1: Add the stands
Set up exhibiting companies as stands.
Step 2: Invite the staff
Each stand's staff open the scanner on their phone from an invitation link.
Step 3: Scan visitors
Staff scan the visitor's QR code and add notes and a rating; the record goes to the stand's report.

KVKK and data retention
Lead records are kept for 180 days after the event ends. Visitors can withdraw their approval to share contact details. Exported stand records are the responsibility of the organizer and the exhibitor.

How is the module priced?
Per stand. The stand price depends on the event's attendee tier, with at least 1 stand. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
Is a visitor's information shared without them?
No. Visitors approve sharing contact details with stands themselves and can withdraw that approval at any time.
Is the QR Registration and Check-in module required?
No. The attendee's personal QR code is part of the event core, so lead capture works without check-in.
