    Decide where each sponsor appears; each sponsor also gets its own QR code.

  3. Step 3: Share the report

    Sponsors follow the report live from an invitation link; send the PDF report at the end of the event.

What does the report measure?

Sponsor card impressions, clicks, QR interactions, stand visits and leads. All of them are aggregate counts.

Is the Trade Fair Lead Capture module required?

No. On its own it measures sponsor card impressions and clicks; with the Leads and Guide modules on, the report adds stand visits and leads.

Can a sponsor access my panel?

No. A sponsor sees only their own report, read-only, from their invitation link.
