Privacy policy
We explain in plain language what information we process and why. The legal details are in the KVKK privacy notice.

This text is a draft prepared for the Superevent service, which is still in preparation, and is awaiting legal review. It will be reviewed and updated before the live service starts and as modules become available.
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
1.In short
- Attendee records belong to the organizer running the event; we process them only to provide the service.
- We don't sell personal data or use it for ad targeting.
- Attendees join an event without an account, with a QR code or a 6-character join code.
- Face matching works only with explicit consent; selfies are not kept. Speaker audio is not recorded by default.
- Superevent doesn't take payments from attendees; for purchases, card details never reach Superevent.
- Analytics cookies run only if you consent.
2.What information we collect
Organizers. The name, email and phone you give when you open an account; event, team and billing details; login and activity records created while you use the service; and the messages you send us.
Attendees. Depending on the modules the organizer turns on: your registration details, check-in record, questions, poll and voting responses, what you ask the assistant, your certificates and, if you consented, your face matching data. The data controller for these records is the event's organizer. The detailed list is in the KVKK privacy notice.
3.How we use information
- To open your account, verify you and keep your session secure.
- To run the dashboard, attendee screens, modules and notifications.
- To manage purchases and issue receipts.
- To answer your support requests.
- To prevent misuse, find bugs and improve the service; aggregate data that doesn't identify individuals is used for these measurements.
- For product news and campaigns, if you consented.
4.Payments
Superevent purchases. Modules are bought on the web through the payment institution Superevent has enabled (iyzico or Stripe); after a quote, payment can also be made by bank transfer. Card details stay with these institutions; Superevent doesn't see or store the card number. The billing details you enter at the payment step are recorded with the order.
Attendees. Superevent doesn't take payments from attendees and doesn't sell tickets. If an event has a ticket or attendance fee, that payment is between the organizer and the attendee.
5.AI features
AI features send the content needed to fulfil a request to an AI service provider:
- AI Simultaneous Translation: the speaker's audio is sent for speech recognition, translation and speech synthesis. Audio is not recorded by default; a transcript is kept only if the organizer turns it on. The translation screen carries an "AI translation" label.
- Superevent Assistant and AI Event Assistant: your question and the records needed for the reply are sent to a language model. The organizer assistant looks only at records you can see with your own permissions and asks for your approval before sending or saving anything.
- AI Photo Gallery: your selfie is used only with your explicit consent, to find your own photos, and is not kept after matching. Face vectors are used only within that event, are not sent to AI providers and can be deleted at any time.
AI output may contain errors. Check the source before making important decisions.
6.SMS, email and notifications
Verification codes may be sent by SMS. SMS sent to attendees on an organizer's behalf go out from the organizer's own SMS provider account. You can withdraw the consent you gave for Superevent's commercial messages at any time. Mandatory notifications about purchases, security and your account are sent regardless of these preferences.
7.Cookies
We use the cookies needed for your session; analytics tools run only if you consent. Details are in the cookie policy.
8.Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored irreversibly, team members are authorized by role, and important actions are written to the activity history. An attendee session is tied to a single event and carries no dashboard permissions; the Viewer role doesn't see attendees' personal data.
9.Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the account settings in the app. When a module's term ends, the event's records aren't deleted because of that; personal data belonging to the module is deleted according to the module's retention period. Attendee records are deleted or anonymized when the retention period set for the event ends, when the event is deleted or when the organizer requests it, subject to statutory retention obligations; face vectors are deleted automatically at the latest when that period ends.
10.Changes and contact
This policy is updated when necessary; we notify you of significant changes at the email address registered to your account. For questions and KVKK requests: info@superevent.io.
