Through the event
Invitations and agenda
You import the invitee list, send invitations and enter the agenda. Employees reply and receive their QR ticket.
In the meeting
QR codes are scanned at the door. During talks questions go through moderation, live poll results appear on screen and anyone who needs translation listens in their own language.
Feedback
You download poll results, questions and the attendance report from the panel; aggregate results remain after the details are deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Can employees hide their name when asking a question?
Yes. Questions can be sent anonymously or by name. They wait in a moderation queue before reaching the stage, and the moderator picks the suitable ones.
Is it suitable for a small meeting?
Prices are tiered by expected attendees; a meeting of up to 300 people falls into the lowest tier. Modules are bought separately per event, so you can leave out anything you don't need.
Are the meeting pages public?
The attendee address opens with the join code and is closed to search engines. For modules that need registration, identity is verified with an email code or an invite link, and you can hide any module from attendees.
