Award ceremonies and contests

At an award ceremony scores have to add up correctly, results must reach the stage on time and decisions need to be explainable afterwards. Superevent keeps that chain, from jury score to stage screen, in one panel.

Through the event

  1. Setting up the contest

You define the contest, nominees, criteria and weights and invite the jurors. The run of show and screens are prepared.

  2. Scoring and the stage

Jurors score and lock on their tablets while the audience joins the public vote. Results go to the screen and the stage team runs the flow.

  3. Records and sharing

You export the results and the audit log. Guests find the ceremony photos and the sponsor report is prepared.

Frequently asked questions

How do jurors score?

Each juror opens a tablet-friendly score card through an invite link and scores nominees by criteria. Once a juror locks their scores they can't change them; the organizer can unlock. Every action is written to the audit log.

Can one person vote more than once in the public vote?

No. The public vote allows one vote per attendee, and you set when voting opens and closes.

How do results reach the screens in the hall?

Hall screens connect with a pairing code. You send the voting module's result screen and the stage module's templates to the same screens.
