How it works
Step 1: Provide the sources
The program and halls come from the event; add an FAQ and upload the documents you need.
Step 2: Open it to attendees
The assistant sits on the attendee's event screen and runs in the browser without an app.
Step 3: Close the gaps
Check the unanswered questions report and add what is missing; the assistant uses it from the next question.

KVKK and data retention
Assistant conversations are kept for 30 days after the event ends, with personal data in them masked. You can shorten this period but not extend it.

Does the assistant make things up?
The assistant is set up to answer only from the content you provide. If the sources do not have the answer, it says it does not know and points the attendee to your team; those questions appear in your report.
What information does the assistant use?

Is the Digital Event Guide module required?
No. The assistant uses the event's program and hall information; if the Guide is on, actions like "Open program" take the attendee to the guide.
