QR check-in
Recording an attendee's entry by scanning their personal QR ticket at the door.
QR check-in replaces searching for names on a printed list: staff scan the ticket, the system finds the attendee and records the entry. Queues at the door get shorter and the number of people inside can be followed live.
In Superevent's QR Registration and Check-in module attendees fill in the registration form and receive their QR ticket in the confirmation email. Staff scan tickets with the scanner on their phone; if the connection drops, scans wait in an offline queue. Manual check-in, on-site registration, a live counter and the entry report are in the same module.
