Data retention period
How long personal data is kept for its purpose before it is deleted.
Personal data should not be kept longer than its purpose requires. At events this means data such as registrations, photos and conversations is deleted within a set period after the event ends.
In Superevent periods count from the end of the event; the organizer can shorten them but not extend them. Examples: face profiles 30 days (immediately when the attendee asks), registration and check-in 180 days, assistant conversations 30 days. In translation the speaker's voice is never stored. When a period ends, personal data is deleted and aggregate reports remain.
