The plan showing the order, timing and owner of everything that happens on stage.
A run of show lists talks, transitions, videos and announcements minute by minute, so the stage crew, technical team and speakers work from the same plan. When the schedule slips, everyone needs to know at the same moment.
Superevent's Stage and Screen Management module keeps a run of show per hall. The stage manager sends countdowns and messages to the speaker, sends the next session or a speaker card to the screens and moves the flow forward with the mobile remote.
